How Much Does It Cost?

Standard Servicefrom £250 (no VAT)
Regular weekday appointments. From time to time, we provide discounted appointments. Please contact us for further details.
Special Service - for appointments requiredfrom £400 (no VAT)
- within 24 hours, or
- after hours (after 6pm), or
- on weekends (subject to availability).
Our fixed fee covers straightforward Independent Legal Advice (ILA) appointments. We reserve the right to revise our fee if the lender’s requirements involve additional documentation review, specific additional requests, or further legal input beyond straightforward ILA. Any changes to pricing will be clearly discussed with you in advance.
Multiple ILA Documents? Get a Discounted Rate.
If you require Independent Legal Advice (ILA) on two or more documents (for example, a personal guarantee and a joint borrower agreement), we offer discounted rates.
