• Choose between:
  • Standard Service – regular weekday appointments from £250
  • Urgent Service – for appointments required within 24 hours, after hours (after 6pm), or on weekends (subject to availability) from £400.
• Complete a short enquiry form to help us understand your requirements.

• Held at our office.
• You sign the ILA in front of our solicitor, who witnesses the signature and issues a certificate to your lender or conveyancer.

• Conducted via secure video call (e.g., Google Meet).
• You sign the ILA with an independent witness present.
• Post the signed document to us.
• Our solicitor:
  • Certifies the advice was given.
  • Signs the certificate and sends it to your lender or conveyancer.

• We’ll review your enquiry and send you a Client Care Letter along with our Terms of Business.
• Please read, sign, and return these documents to confirm your instruction.

• Once you've signed the Client Care Letter:
  • Provide a valid photo ID and proof of address via our secure platform.
  • Send any necessary documents (e.g., Personal Guarantee and Mortgage Offer) by email or secure upload.

• We will issue an invoice with a secure payment link.
• Payment must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment to confirm your booking.

During an Independent Legal Advice (ILA) appointment, a solicitor ensures that you fully understand the legal document you are being asked to sign (including risks and liabilities) and that you are entering into the agreement freely and voluntarily, without pressure.
