1. Purpose

BEELAW Ltd is committed to providing a high standard of service to all clients. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly, fairly, and transparently. This policy explains how clients can raise concerns and how BEELAW Ltd will respond.

2. Our Regulatory Status

BEELAW Ltd is a limited company (registered in England and Wales, company number 16438454) providing unreserved legal services only. We are not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

However, the solicitors working within BEELAW Ltd are individually regulated by the SRA and are personally bound by the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors (2019) and the SRA Principles.

Clients should be aware that:

  • BEELAW Ltd is not covered by the SRA Compensation Fund; and
  • Complaints about the company’s service cannot be investigated by the Legal Ombudsman.

However, complaints about a solicitor’s personal conduct may be referred to the SRA.

3. How to Make a Complaint

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • How you would like the matter resolved.

4. Liability

We do our best to ensure the content on our website is accurate, but we make no guarantees or warranties. We accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on this site.

5. If You Are Not Satisfied

As BEELAW Ltd is not SRA-authorised, clients cannot refer complaints about the company’s service to the Legal Ombudsman.

However, if your complaint relates to the personal conduct of an individual solicitor, you may contact the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) directly:

Examples of issues you can report to the SRA include:

  • Dishonesty or lack of integrity;
  • Breaches of confidentiality; or
  • Failure to act in a client’s best interests.

6. Review and Record-Keeping

All complaints will be recorded and reviewed periodically to help BEELAW Ltd improve its service.
This policy will be reviewed annually, or sooner if there are regulatory or operational changes.
